When you register, we collect contact details, the member’s age and location, and the health and daily-living information you choose to share. Partners and charities share business and contact details.

Why we use it

Only to arrange and improve care: to match the right professionals, prepare visits, keep the people you approve informed, and meet legal duties. We never sell personal information or use health details for advertising.

Who can see it

Your coordinator, the professionals who serve you (only what they need for the visit), and the family contacts you approve. Sponsoring charities receive reports without names unless the member agrees.

The assistant

Questions you type into the assistant are used to answer you and to improve answers. Please do not type passwords, card numbers or detailed medical records into it.

Your choices

You can see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent for health information, or stop family updates at any time.

Cookies and local preferences

The site stores your text size, colour theme and basket in your own browser. No advertising cookies are used.
